Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in Java, Node.js, and Apache Kafka to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The role focuses on building microservices, event-driven architectures, and responsive front-ends in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with Full Stack Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, Spring Security, and JPA.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and server-side application development.
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, and event streaming.
• Experience building scalable and resilient enterprise applications using distributed systems architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and modern front-end technologies.
• Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications supporting high-volume enterprise transactions.
• Build and enhance event-driven solutions utilizing Apache Kafka for real‑time messaging and data integration.
• Create RESTful APIs while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js or Angular frameworks.
