Job summary

Pinnacle Group (Pinnacle Technical Resources) seeks a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer for a 12+ month contract in Fort Worth, TX. You will develop scalable Java/Spring back-end and React front-end solutions with a focus on performance, reliability and secure design.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience building large-scale systems, strong collaboration skills, and hands-on DevOps/CI-CD expertise in cloud environments. On-site work in Fort Worth preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years building large-scale production systems.
• Ability to optimize for performance, resiliency and reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative culture.
• Experience with multi-team design and incremental releases.
• Proficiency in OO design and Agile (SCRUM).
• Proficiency with DevOps toolchain and CI/CD practices.

Minimum Qualifications –

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 7 plus years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments
• Ability to optimize solutions for performance, resiliency and reliability while maintaining an eye toward simplicity
• Ability to concisely convey ideas verbally, in writing, in code, and in diagrams
• Ability to optimize system designs spanning multiple teams to allow small, safe, incremental releases
• Ability to work through others by cooperatively sharing responsibilities
• Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles

Pay Range: $60 - $65
