Job summary

Synergy is seeking an experienced hands-on full-stack software architect/engineer to own the lifecycle of software architectures and develop cutting-edge products. You will lead customer-facing technical design, work across cross-functional teams, and thrive in a scaled agile environment with Java, JavaScript, and strong database expertise.

The role emphasizes REST/SOAP web services, security, and modern SPA frameworks, with a pathway to influence product strategy and architectural direction.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Java, JavaScript and database design, implementation, deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• Advanced knowledge in Java application tech: Linux, Spring Boot, Maven, IntelliJ/Eclipse.
• Basic Bash and SSH on RHEL.

Responsibilities

• Owns full life cycle software architecture and development of software products.
• Leads customer-facing technical architecture discussions within scaled agile environment.
• Architects and implements complex Spring/OSGi Java software assets and SPA using ExtJs/Material UI.
• Ensures adherence to non-functional requirements and SOLID design principles.
• Drives architecture vision and roadmap; coordinates with Tech Leads and Scrum Master.
