Qualifications

• Proven full-stack web development experience with Java, .NET/C#, and modern front-end tech.
• Experience in containerized deployments, cloud (AWS) and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong architecture, code quality, and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams through SDLC from design to support.
• Guide architecture decisions and enforce coding standards across stacks.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions.
