Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and virtualization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Experience with front-end JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices.
• Mentor engineering talent and lead major technology transformations across Capital One.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for customers.
• Guide multi-team Agile delivery and define multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end design and scalable, reliable systems.
