Take a Seat Tech in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features across the patient and clinician journey at a digital women's health platform. You will design and build end-to-end services, interfaces, and tools that connect patients, clinicians, and care operations in a hybrid office setting.

The role requires 6+ years of production full-stack experience, strong system design judgment, and comfort with Python, Django, React, and Next.js.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of production full-stack experience.
• Strong system design judgment.
• Confidence using modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Healthcare or EHR integration experience is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from the first problem statement through design, build and release.
• Build maintainable services and interfaces across the stack.
• Strengthen testing and deployment practice.
• Work directly with clinical and operations colleagues.
