Capital One is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead a portfolio of cloud-native projects and mentor engineers. You will work across Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, and TypeScript, using Docker/Kubernetes and AWS services to deliver scalable financial tech solutions.

You will shape architecture, drive design reviews, and partner with product leaders on platform roadmaps while ensuring reliability and performance at scale.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply).
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Mentor other members of the engineering community and stay current with tech trends.
• Collaborate with product managers and deliver cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
