Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Eng or related field and 3 years’ software engineering experience.
• 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Master’s degree in CS/Eng or related area preferred.
• Experience creating accessible digital experiences and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full stack development with hands-on coding (75-80%).
• Mentor junior engineers and drive architectural decisions.
• Design RESTful APIs and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive frontend/backend architecture and maintain documentation.
