Job summary

Velocitor Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) in Charlotte, NC to lead the development of secure, scalable software powering our enterprise platforms. You will mentor peers and drive architectural decisions across Engineering, Product, QA, and other teams.

The role requires deep technical expertise in JavaScript, React, C#, .NET, SQL, and experience building microservices via REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, CIS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, C#, .NET, SQL.
• Relational databases (SQL Server) and SSMS.
• Familiarity with SOLID and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Refine requirements with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, estimates, and delivery recommendations.
• Own technical decisions and drive alignment across teams.
• Review pull requests and maintain a high bar for code quality.
• Mentor engineers and remove blockers to improve delivery.
• Develop SME for the company’s flagship web application.
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software through production.
