Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a technically driven Software Engineer to provide leadership within Compliance Technology.
You will drive the team's work, translate business requirements into scalable software solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to deliver modern, cloud-native platform capabilities for trade data analysis and supervision. The role emphasizes hands-on development, mentoring, and delivering high-quality, resilient systems, with onsite working model
Competenze
- 5+ years of related experience in data or software engineering.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience with SQL/PLSQL and database concepts.
- Experience with DevOps or CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub).
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define problems and deliver solutions.
- Independent contributor with ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
- Familiarity with Capital Markets data and trade data (preferred).
