Qualifications

• Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of professional full-stack UX experience.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent plus 5 years of professional full-stack UX experience.
• 3 years of professional experience applying user-centered design principles to integrate business-critical functionalities to deliver a seamless user experience.
• 3 years of professional experience developing, maintaining, and improving web applications built with .NET and C#.
• 3 years of professional experience utilizing TypeScript and React to build user interfaces for web applications.
• 3 years of professional experience owning web-based POS for ticket reselling.
• 3 years of professional experience writing SQL Server queries against large-scale data including optimization of stored procedures and query plan performance review.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend and frontend components across multiple programming languages and frameworks, ensuring high performance, reliability, and cross-platform consistency.
• Solve advanced technical challenges in concurrency, distributed data consistency, latency reduction, and cross-service interactions, applying best practices and rigorous problem-solving techniques.
• Refactor and improve core platforms through system-level optimizations, infrastructure enhancements, and automation to increase stability, scalability, and developer efficiency.
• Design and implement features and services that improve system responsiveness, operational reliability, and long‑term maintainability, balancing technical innovation with production readiness.
