About the Role

At Jerry.ai, we're expanding our team with a focus on our new subsidiary Propelix, dedicated to developing a SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots. We seek a Senior Engineer to join our Chatbot Team, contributing across all phases of product development—from user communication and requirements gathering to development and deployment. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence product design and strategy while immersing yourself in our vibrant culture.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop new features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform, maintaining high engineering standards
• Create tools that simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization for clients
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical users
• Utilize your understanding of LLMs to optimize conversation flows and responses
• Help shape Propelix as a leading SaaS in conversational AI
• Support junior engineers and promote continuous learning

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience with a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages; familiarity with JavaScript, React, Node.js is a plus
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications
• Startup experience at a high-growth company is desirable

Bonus points for LLM experience, CI/CD knowledge, React Native skills, and open-source contributions.
