About the opportunity

At Jerry.ai, we redefine car ownership with innovative digital solutions. We are expanding with Propelix, our new SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots.

We seek a purpose-driven Senior Engineer for our Chatbot Team at Propelix, to develop a platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversation solutions easily.

This role involves participating in all product development phases, from requirements gathering to deployment, contributing as a product designer and planner, within our vibrant geek culture.

The ideal candidate loves solving complex problems with scalable solutions and has a passion for elegant software design and modern ecosystems, especially in Large Language Models (LLMs).

How you will make an impact

• Develop features for our SaaS platform while maintaining high engineering standards
• Build tools for chatbot creation, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical users
• Apply knowledge of LLMs to optimize conversation flows
• Help shape Propelix as a leader in conversational AI SaaS solutions
• Support junior engineers and promote continuous learning

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
• Strong foundation in software principles and algorithms
• Knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, React, Node.js preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and clean coding practices
• Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and troubleshooting
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications
• Startup experience at high-growth companies is a plus

Bonus points for LLM experience, CI/CD, React skills, and open-source contributions!
