Job summary

Campaign Monitor is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join autonomous product teams. You will shape architecture, mentor peers, and own problems end-to-end—from scoping to implementation and long-term maintainability.

You'll work across a technology stack including C#, JavaScript, SQL, Java, and modern front-end transitions toward React, contributing to event-driven microservices, cloud infrastructure on AWS, and data streaming with Kafka and Spark.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a software developer with strong backend and frontend exposure.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience accepted.
• Fluency in two programming languages, with C#, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and diverse storage options.

Responsibilities

• Shape architecture decisions and drive code quality through reviews and mentorship.
• Own problems end-to-end, from scoping to long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate across UX, product, and software engineers in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Contribute to event-driven microservices, React/Node frontend, and AWS infrastructure.
