Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience building and shipping complex software.
• Startup environment experience or ability to operate effectively with ambiguity.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to codebase and product ecosystem.
• CS degree or equivalent fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build software systems used by millions of low-income Americans, helping to put dollars back in their pockets.
• Build iOS and Android apps using Vue + TypeScript + Capacitor.
• Develop server-side software using Python and Flask, backed by Postgres and Redis; leverage AWS and open-source tech.
• Create software that is reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to scope projects and execute on innovative products.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
