Job summary

Kellton is hiring a remote senior web engineer to design, build, test, deploy and maintain cloud-based applications. You will leverage NodeJS, React, and microservices to deliver scalable solutions in AWS with Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with UX and infrastructure teams, and a proactive testing mindset to ensure robust production systems.

Qualifications

• Designs, builds, tests, deploys and maintains production code for complex web apps in AWS cloud.
• Expert level NodeJS and scripting in cloud environments.
• Advanced React and UI framework experience for web apps.
• Develops comprehensive test plans and automation test suites.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, SNS/SQS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS and DynamoDB in production.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, architects and UX/infra teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineers, architects and cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Provide technical guidance and support to teammates as needed.
• Communicate client needs clearly and ensure quality, maintainability and reliability of systems.
