Our Vision
Energizing the planet with a faster, smarter, and more sustainable grid.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling GridUnity’s cloud-based SaaS platform. This is not just a coding role—you will act as a technical leader, mentor, and change agent , helping drive engineering excellence across the team. You will:

  • Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions, raising the technical bar across the team

  • Champion engineering best practices, driving improvements in scalability, reliability, observability, and security

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teammates to translate business needs into elegant, well-architected solutions

  • Influence system architecture decisions and take the lead on high-impact technical initiatives
