Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Building and maintaining robust, efficient, scalable, and reusable code.
• Developing front-end website architecture and back-end website applications.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications and maintaining code integrity and organization.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Working closely with the product team to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Full Stack Engineer position should possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Proven experience with Elixir, React, Tailwind, Postgres, MySQL, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
