Job summary

Knightscope is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and own the web platform powering the Signals intelligence platform and the ASR robot software stack across our fleet. You will bridge backend services and operator-facing experiences, delivering end-to-end features from API design to frontend implementation.

You will implement real-time dashboards, video, and 3D visualization, integrating live telemetry, security workflows, and scalable media pipelines in a mission-critical,

Qualifications

7–10 years of full stack experience with production-grade web apps.
Expert in React/Redux, Node.js, ES6/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Backend with Python/Java/Node.js and RESTful/GraphQL API design.
Live media/video tech: WebRTC, RTSP, HLS, MP4; 3D visualization.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs for live media and dashboards.
Create responsive, accessible web UIs for Signals platform and dashboards.
Architect 3D digital twin layer with real-time sensor data integration.
Integrate media pipelines (WebRTC, RTSP, HLS, MP4) and cloud storage (S3).
Collaborate with robotics, AI/ML, and DevOps teams; contribute to architecture.
