We are seeking a senior level Full Stack Developer with a focus in Frontend skills. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, passionate about problem solving, and loves to ship great experiences to real users.

What You'll Do

• Work with Project Managers and Designers to develop solutions for customers.
• Architect, build, and maintain features.
• Write and refine code to ensure performance and reliability of our applications.
• Identify and implement new technology that will improve our ability to solve problems and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
• Communicate with all levels of stakeholders including executives, application developers, and business users.
• Interact with customers as a technical resource to troubleshoot problems with the delivered solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business and technical staff to distill technical requirements from business requests.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years shipping complex, resilient, and efficient software solutions.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Node, and DB design.
• A proven ability to solve problems by writing code, understanding documentation, and asking thoughtful questions.
• Development experience with Unix tools and shell scripts.
• Software engineering best-practices, including version control, task management, and testing.
• Strong operational understanding and discipline.
• Willingness to learn new skills and contribute however you can.

but not required:

• Experience with Remix or Next, Tailwind, Drizzle
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Postgres
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS (ECS, ECR, RDS to name a few things), GitHub workflows, etc.
