Job summary

State Street's GHR technology team seeks a hands-on AVP Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support employee‑facing experiences. You will deliver React-based web applications, APIs (including Workday integrations), and cloud-native workloads on AWS with enterprise-grade security and resiliency.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of hands-on full stack development in a large enterprise environment.
Strong expertise with React and modern frontend engineering practices (TypeScript, component architecture, state management, testing).
Experience building and consuming APIs, including enterprise integration patterns and Workday integrations.
Experience deploying applications to AWS and implementing secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance React/TypeScript applications for HR employee journeys and internal tools.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL) to support HR use cases.
Implement reusable frontend components and patterns to drive consistency across GHR experiences.
Partner with integration teams to implement and consume Workday APIs and middleware.
