Job summary

SDG is hiring Software Engineers (Python / React) to build best-in-class enterprise web applications for national brands. You will work closely with customers, leveraging modern Python backends and React front-ends, while growing within a collaborative, owner-driven team.

A strong candidate has 5+ years across full-stack development, cloud experience, and a passion for continuous learning. SDG emphasizes lifelong learning, leadership, and a commitment to high-performance engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python (backend development).
• Strong experience building modern UIs using React.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and microservices.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools to increase development velocity, improve code quality, and support complex problem-solving.
• Experience delivering solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
