We design and operate a scalable omnichannel ad-tech stack that serves brands and agencies with transparent, data‑driven campaigns. We are looking for senior software engineers who can own features end‑to‑end, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a culture of trust and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and backend development.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.
• Solid CS fundamentals and ability to work on an agile, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems that orchestrate advertising across channels with a unified narrative.
• Collaborate with identity, measurement, and bidding teams to create cohesive omnichannel solutions.
• Own projects end to end from design through production rollout and operation.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into concrete designs and execution plans.
• Deliver high‑quality changes with tests, metrics, and monitoring.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define success and drive it.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
