Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience leading large tech initiatives and shaping architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
• Mentor engineers and participate in internal and external technology communities.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
• Utilize languages like Java, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js; work with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and set standards for design and operations.
• Partner with architects to define boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
• Identify areas for improvement and reduce technical debt through targeted refactoring.
• Influence long-term technology strategy in a fast-moving environment.
