Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Next.js and Java.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern web architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and automated deployment practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate about 60% of time to frontend development and 40% to backend development.
• Build reusable UI components and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services.
• Support packaging, build management, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug defects, and implement enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Contribute to coding standards, best practices, documentation, and architectural decisions.
• Evaluate and implement modern web development technologies to improve scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support broader digital initiatives.
