Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience
• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or cloud-based tools

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers
• Mentor other members of the engineering community
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions
• Stabilize existing mainframe functionality and migrate to cloud technologies
• Define service boundaries and reusable frameworks
• Identify areas for refactoring and reduce technical debt
• Influence long-term technology strategy in a building-it-and-own-it environment
