Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with leadership.
• Expertise in Kotlin or Java for scalable, production-grade apps.
• Experience designing microservices and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with React and full-stack integration.
• Proficiency in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, testing, and observability (Datadog).
• Strong system design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical integration.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement high-throughput backend services in Kotlin.
• Manage real-time data flows with Redis, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
• Leverage data lakes for scalable storage and processing.
• Develop and integrate APIs for front-end and backend collaboration.
• Architect for scale, reliability, and fault-tolerance.
• Build engaging user interfaces with React and ensure responsive UX.
• Optimize front-end performance and manage application state.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers end-to-end.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and maintain code quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive architectural solutions.
• Drive system architecture toward scalable and reliable outcomes.
