Deque Systems Inc is seeking a passionate Senior Full-Stack Engineer to advance the Axe Monitor product. Frontend uses TypeScript and ReactJS; backend uses Java with Spring Boot and SQL.

You will operate during US Eastern business hours, own backend and frontend delivery, and apply AI-assisted coding with strict review for security and correctness. This fully remote, enterprise-scale role offers collaborative, flexible work in a leading accessibility company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years backend full-stack engineering with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• 2+ years TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS.
• Experience using AI tools with critical judgement.
• Ability to query databases and troubleshoot live production issues.
• Willingness to work 9 AM–5 PM US Eastern hours.
• Experience in large enterprise environments (finance, insurance, big tech, or SaaS).
• Active GitHub profile with inspectable code (Java preferred).
• Basic web accessibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve production issues during US Eastern business hours.
• Build high-volume services, scanner engines, data pipelines, and DB queries with Java/Spring Boot/Hibernate.
• Maintain and build accessible UI components with TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS.
• Leverage AI tools while reviewing AI-generated code for security and correctness.
