Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 5–8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in front-end development with Angular, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Node.js for backend services or build tooling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably in an AWS environment.
• Experience with Agile development processes (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experienced with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Possess an active CompTIA Security+ / IAT level II certification.
• Possess a SECRET security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain robust applications using Java/Spring Boot for backend and Angular for frontend.
• UI/UX Implementation: Build responsive front-end interfaces using UI templates, HTML5, CSS, and Angular.
• Cloud Integration: Develop and deploy applications in a cloud environment, utilizing AWS services.
• API Development: Write and consume RESTful APIs for communication between components.
• System Modernization: Translate legacy applications into modern, cloud-native architectures.
• Quality Assurance: Test software for responsiveness and efficiency and assist with debugging and upgrades.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in SAFe, Scrum, and other Agile practices.
