Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Sr Software Engineer – Full Stack to join the Digital Engineering team in Dublin, CA. You will architect and build high-performance web applications across front-end and back-end, using React/Next.js and Java/Node.js.

You will drive scalable microservices, APIs, and data stores while collaborating with product, design, QA, and other engineers. You will contribute to code reviews, testing, deployments, and performance tuning in a hybrid office setting, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years total related experience.
• Java (Spring Boot) 8+ years building backend systems.
• React/Next.js 4+ years with state management and responsive design.
• Node.js 4+ years for RESTful APIs/GraphQL.
• Relational and NoSQL databases; schema design and optimization.
• Cloud platforms and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable full‑stack web apps (front-end with React/Next.js, back-end with Java/Node.js).
• Build and optimize microservices, APIs, and databases for performance and scale.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver quality software.
• Conduct code reviews and adopt best practices for testing, deployment, and maintainability.
