Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack engineering delivering production systems.
• Senior/lead technical ownership and design responsibility.
• Strong React with TypeScript, state management, and responsive UI.
• Java Spring Boot APIs with performance tuning and validation.
• GraphQL schema, resolvers, and federation patterns.
• REST API design with OpenAPI contracts and versioning.
• OIDC/OAuth2 implementation and secure session patterns.
• Hands-on AWS design, deployment, and operations.
• Aurora PostgreSQL SQL, indexing, migrations, and transactions.
• Must demonstrate AI-assisted coding and tooling usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of full stack solutions from design to production support.
• Drive architecture reviews and define service boundaries, APIs, data models and patterns.
• Write secure, high-quality production code and enforce engineering standards.
• Build scalable, observable services with reliability and cost awareness.
• Implement authentication/authorization with OIDC/OAuth2 and secure tokens.
• Establish observability with logging, metrics, tracing and runbooks.
• Evaluate solutions for security, scalability and operability; guide adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into technical plans.
