Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Oracle Ledger Program in Tampa, FL. You will build full stack applications and lead end-to-end development, delivering scalable software for Citi's financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities include frontend and backend work with Java, Angular or React, REST APIs, and automated Selenium testing. You will provide L3 support in a global delivery model and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development with a focus on full stack across enterprise apps.
• Proficiency in Java for backend development and REST APIs in production.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React for UI development.
• Selenium experience for automated testing and CD.
• End-to-end software project delivery experience.
• Advanced application support including root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for the Oracle Ledger Program, building frontend interfaces and backend services.
• Build and enhance common services and UIs using Java, Angular or React, and REST APIs.
• Lead the full development lifecycle from analysis to implementation to deliver reliable software.
• Provide L3 technical support in a global delivery model.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop automated test coverage using Selenium for releases.
• Define and uphold engineering standards and practices across the team.
• Act as a SME, providing technical guidance and mentoring developers.
