Job summary

VTG is seeking a Software Developer to join a large team supporting Entitlement Programs, IdAM/ICAM, and Digital Policy Management. The role emphasizes full stack development in Java and Angular, RESTful APIs, and AWS in an Agile environment.

The candidate will modernize legacy systems, write deployment scripts for EC2, and contribute to automated testing with Selenium while collaborating across teams and documenting designs for secure, reliable IT systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 4-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in multiple programming languages (Java, Spring Boot, Angular/TypeScript, AWS).
• Experience delivering integrated software solutions to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams for integrations and delivery.
• Maintain and modernize legacy applications.
• Write scripts to install and configure code in EC2 instances.
• Develop RESTful APIs and user interfaces with Java and Angular.
• Apply Agile & Scrum methodologies and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to testing and automation using Selenium.
