Job summary

EverQuote is seeking a Senior Engineer II, Full Stack to join our B2B Agency Feature Team in Cambridge, MA. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) to collaborate with cross-functional partners and ship high-impact features.

You will design large-scale UI systems, mentor others, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development as EverQuote scales. The position offers competitive base salary, bonus potential, and equity, with growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional programming experience across full-stack with strong frontend and backend.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expert with React, Vue, or Angular and Typescript.
• Proficient in component-based architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for build and deployment.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team collaboration.
• Familiar with integrating AI tools in the development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of AI principles to leverage AI in daily development.

Responsibilities

• Design large-scale UI systems and communicate designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates in advanced frontend concepts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex frontend code issues.
• Use data from testing and performance monitoring to drive UI decisions.
