Job summary

Software Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer for an on-site role in Orlando, FL with Fridays remote. You will lead HR data integrations, design scalable web services, and build intuitive interfaces using TypeScript, Angular, Node.js and related tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years configuring systems.
• 5+ years with technologies: OData, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, CSV, XML, JSON, XSL, encryption standards (PGP, x509).
• 5+ years in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 with React/Angular/jQuery.
• 5+ years server-side with .NET/Java/Ruby/Python.
• 3+ years API development using SOA/web services.
• 3+ years with SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL and caching.
• Strong testing lifecycle expertise: unit, UAT, regression, defect remediation.
• Comfortable with Agile and Waterfall lifecycles; Scrum/Kanban.
• Secure SDLC practices; translate business requirements into specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.
• Able to work independently in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, analyze, design, build, test and debug HR data integrations.
• Develop applications using XML, XSLT, JSON, XPath and related tech.
• Create user interfaces using front-end frameworks and scripting languages.
• Develop and maintain server-side code and APIs.
• Manage HR data databases across subscribing systems.
• Participate in requirements, design, deployment and DevOps delivery.
• Lead stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analyses to automate and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, Enterprise Applications and Infra teams.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure deliverables.
• Analyze data to influence project decisions.
• Build client and peer relationships; deliver mission-critical apps.
• Lead support teams to troubleshoot incidents; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to impact analysis during releases; document integrations.
