Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Engineer to deliver web apps, dashboards, and backend services in a fast-paced agile setting. You will build modern interfaces, integrate backend systems with complex data, and embed AI capabilities across the application ecosystem.

The role requires 5+ years of full-stack experience, strong frontend and backend skills, DevOps practices, and familiarity with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• 3+ years with modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and data viz libraries.
• 3+ years backend development and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases and ORMs.
• DevOps practices incl. CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience integrating AI APIs into software features.
• Troubleshooting full stack, database, and integration issues.
• YAML configurations and automation scripting (Python/Shell/PowerShell).
• Experience with security, file transfers and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Healthcare data familiarity and HIPAA compliance.
