Job summary

Pivotal Health is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Growth & Onboarding team. You’ll build customer-facing surfaces and backend systems for onboarding, customization, benchmarking, and sales/support tooling.

Expect end-to-end ownership across a Python-oriented backend and React frontend, with a frontend-leaning but truly full-stack role. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing, collaborating to implement scalable, high-quality features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience across backend and frontend
• Strong backend fundamentals: system design, data modeling, API development
• Solid frontend experience in React-based apps with TypeScript
• Customer-focused mindset, especially at early lifecycle stages
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and design
• Python experience preferred for backend; other languages ok if ramped to Python

Responsibilities

• Build and own full-stack features across onboarding, customization, benchmarking, and marketing tooling
• Develop clean React-based user interfaces guiding onboarding and configuration
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data models for growth workflows
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and design to translate needs into technical solutions
• Participate in architectural discussions and uphold reliable APIs and data models
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and surface blockers early
