Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Charlotte, NC seeks a senior full-stack engineer to build features for a case management and workflow system. You will apply distributed-systems thinking to keep the platform scalable and resilient, while owning CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and collaborating with DevOps on Terraform-managed AWS deployments.

You will contribute to AI-driven workflows and a GoRules-like decision engine, with emphasis on robust code reviews and production support.

Qualifications

• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE or related field.
• Experience in full stack development with TypeScript and Go.
• Hands-on with AWS services, RDS, and CI/CD tooling.
• Exposure to AI tooling and workflow orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build features for a case management and workflow system.
• Apply distributed-systems thinking to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Establish coding best practices and own CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Collaborate with DevOps on Terraform infrastructure to deploy to AWS.
• Contribute to AI-driven workflows and policy logic.
• Triage production and integration issues.
