Jobtailor is seeking a senior Java developer to build and operate enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs. You will work on market data solutions deployed on public cloud platforms, collaborating with a team where success hinges on collective effort and mentoring junior engineers.

The role emphasizes full-stack capabilities with modern front-end frameworks and experience with AWS services and distributed databases.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years developing enterprise Java applications.
• 4+ years building microservices with Spring Boot.
• Strong full stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
• REST API design and implementation.
• 1–3+ years with AWS EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS.
• Experience using GO.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, YugabyteDB.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, functional, and/or performance).
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

• Work on modern market data applications and operate them on public cloud platforms.
