Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable EHR and partner integrations.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise-grade integrations.
• Work in a cloud-native environment using AWS ECS/Fargate.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold engineering standards.

Arsenal AI is hiring two Senior Software Engineers to join a high-impact integration team supporting a rapidly growing healthcare technology platform. This role focuses on building and scaling enterprise-grade integrations with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and external partners.

This is a contract-to-hire role — engineers will be embedded within an Arsenal AI delivery pod with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• EHR & Partner Integrations: Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations with Electronic Health Record systems and third-party platforms
• API & Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that power enterprise-grade integrations
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Work in a cloud-native environment leveraging AWS services including ECS/Fargate
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards
• Production Support: Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability across integration touchpoints
