As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Front-End), you'll become the company's deepest React and Next.js expert while owning the quality bar across the entire frontend platform. You'll work directly with Engineering, Product, Design, and enterprise customers to build AI-native products used by some of the world's largest organizations.

What You'll Do

• Own the frontend architecture and technical quality bar across the company's AI platform
• Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Design and ship AI-native product experiences from concept through production
• Build reusable design systems, frontend infrastructure, and scalable component libraries
• Own frontend CI/CD workflows and continuously improve engineering productivity
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and customers to rapidly prototype and launch new features
• Translate customer feedback into polished, intuitive product experiences
• Work across authentication, billing, user management, and enterprise platform functionality
• Collaborate with backend engineers working in Python, Node.js, Kubernetes, and Temporal
• Debug backend APIs and contribute to full-stack engineering when needed
• Improve product performance, reliability, scalability, accessibility, and overall user experience
• Help define engineering best practices, frontend architecture, and long-term platform direction

Ideal Candidate Background

Experience Requirements

• 4--8 years of software engineering experience building modern web applications
• Experience shipping customer-facing products from concept through production
• Experience at both high-growth startups and larger technology companies preferred
• Experience owning frontend architecture while continuing to ship product features
• Experience building products with measurable customer and business impact
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Experience maintaining and scaling frontend platforms, design systems, and CI workflows
• Strong examples of long-term ownership and engineering execution

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering
• Experience building scalable frontend architecture and reusable component systems
• Experience designing highly polished, customer-facing web applications
• Experience building frontend CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
• Familiarity with Python and backend development preferred
• Experience working with authentication, billing, user management, or enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience building AI-native products or LLM-powered applications preferred
• Experience with React Query, shadcn/ui, or similar modern frontend ecosystems
• Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, testing, and maintainability
• Ability to work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and product engineering

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline preferred
• Strong academic background from a top engineering university preferred
