Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to advance our Digital Solutions team in the United States. You will build modern, scalable frontend and backend apps using React, C#/.NET, Node.js, and APIs, while integrating geospatial data and AI-enabled agent components.

Collaborate across design, DevOps, and engineering to deliver production-ready solutions. You will mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and help shape engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience designing full stack web apps with React and .NET/Node.js.
• Knowledge of geospatial tech (ESRI, PostGIS, Mapbox).
• Experience with AI-enabled or agent-based systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and back-end applications.
• Build and optimize REST, GraphQL, and other APIs for high performance.
• Contribute to AI-enabled features and agent-based workflows.
• Implement automated tests and CI/CD pipelines; support production readiness.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
