Job summary

iSono Health Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to architect and develop a state-of-the-art desktop platform for data acquisition, 3D visualization of ultrasound images, and a secure cloud back-end integration.

You will design cross-platform desktop applications, integrate AI/ML models, and ensure secure, compliant software for medical devices while collaborating with QA, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver reliable, scalable software.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science with 3–5 years of experience.
• Full stack developer proficient in C# and C++, and .NET in Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Excellent understanding of multi-threaded programming and memory management.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Startup experience a must.
• Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust software architecture for a cross-platform desktop application of a 3D ultrasound system.
• Integrate imaging algorithms, AI/ML models, and hardware interfaces into a production-ready software product.
• Architect secure and efficient databases and file storage solutions for client/server environments.
• Develop high-speed data acquisition pipelines and real-time imaging workflows.
• Lead the software development team and manage CI/CD processes.
