Job summary

QuotaPath is hiring a senior software engineer to shape our product across frontend and backend. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and squads to ship features and milestones, while mentoring engineers and promoting robust testing.

You’ll work with React, TypeScript, and Python (Django) in a startup environment, balancing quick delivery with long-term technical goals. You’ll help drive architecture, code quality, and scalable solutions for our customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with full-stack capabilities.
• Proficient with React, TypeScript, and Python/Django.
• Experience in startup environments and wearing multiple hats.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ship impactful features and milestones in collaboration with Product and Design.
• Build seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Mentor and upskill engineers to strengthen the team.
• Define and prioritize work aligned with business goals.
• Write quality, tested code for maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, code quality, and best practices.
• Own bugs and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and planning to improve processes.
