Readdle is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Platform Solutions team. You will design, build, and maintain backend services and web applications, taking ownership from planning through production.

You’ll modernize systems, drive reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, architectural input, and strong engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building and scaling web applications.
• Strong knowledge of Symfony and React.js.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and caching.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and web applications.
• Own full software delivery lifecycle from planning to production.
• Refactor legacy code to improve reliability and reduce technical debt.
• Create technical documentation and coding standards.
• Design and maintain secure REST APIs and microservices.
