ClassWallet is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Ecommerce to own end‑to‑end features on a high‑performing e‑commerce platform. You will shape architecture, drive quality, and mentor peers in a collaborative, fast‑growing fintech environment.

The role emphasizes hands‑on development with Node.js/React stacks, PunchOut integrations, and secure data handling across scale‑out services. Collaboration with a Technical Lead is essential for design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and hands‑on practical experience).
• 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience across the full SDLC.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy: scoping and breaking down complex work, driving features to completion.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers through code reviews and discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own significant features end to end; shape system architecture and set code quality standards.
• Spend majority of time building, reviewing, and improving high‑performing software as a hands‑on IC.
• Raise the team’s technical level through code reviews, design input, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead to guide architectural decisions and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
