Superformula is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Creator Success to join the team in a full-time capacity. The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, research-driven insights, and delivering tangible design artifacts that address real user problems.

Responsibilities include communicating findings across design and cross-functional partners, staying ahead of mobile trends, and producing polished prototypes and mockups for stakeholder review.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of industry experience in interactive design and/or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the technology and features of the product area.
• Research: provide human and business impact and insights for products.
• Deliverables: create deliverables (analyses, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes) that solve user problems.
• Communicate UX results within the team and with cross-functional partners.
