Job summary

Holley Senior Software Engineer role based in the U.S. in-office, with options for Bowling Green, KY or Nashville, TN. You will architect and accelerate our eCommerce platform, driving scalable web solutions and mentoring engineers.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing applications, partner with UX/UI for engaging interfaces, and integrate CMS, DAM, and PIM systems while upholding security and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years building and scaling digital platforms.
• Deep CMS experience (WordPress, Drupal, headless) with DAM/PIM integrations.
• Strong architectural vision and ability to mentor others.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and framework decisions across projects.
• Mentor engineers and foster code quality and learning.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure web applications.
• Oversee CMS/DAM/PIM integrations with content workflows.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and analytics for better UX and SEO.
