Job summary

Corpay, Inc. is hiring a Full Stack Developer for the Elk Grove, CA office. You will design, implement, and deploy software across the full development cycle, using Java, Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, and ReactJS.

The role collaborates with senior developers to improve reliability and scale on AWS/Heroku cloud services. You should be a quick-learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Engineering Manager and contributing to cross-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in related field.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or comparable relevant experience.
• Experience in documenting technical specifications and requirements.
• Ability to multitask and work in nimble, fast-paced development environment.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and meet aggressive goals.

Responsibilities

• Developing software using one more technologies: AngularJS, ReactJS, Java, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Redis, Restful API.
• Estimating effort and time for development.
• Participating in code review and testing.
• Assisting with troubleshooting tickets and ad hoc requests.
• Delivering clear and complete technical specifications documents.
