Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC in Alpharetta, GA or El Paso, TX is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join on-site and help define technical direction while partnering with PMs, CTO, and third-party vendors.

You will design AWS-based solutions, build React front ends and backend APIs, and drive secure, scalable integrations across ERP/CRM, Snowflake, and data platforms. Strong DevOps, testing, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field.
• 4-6 years of full stack software engineering experience.
• 4-6 years of backend and cloud engineering experience.
• 4-6 years designing AWS-based solutions and selecting cloud services.
• 1-3 years strong experience with Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Java/Spring, APIs/microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with React and exposure to React Native.
• Familiarity with many AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions, EventBridge, Secrets Manager).
• Strong enterprise systems integration knowledge, data flows, interoperability, and data pipeline reliability.
• DevOps and delivery tooling: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, CI/CD, Docker.
• Experience with testing practices: strategy, automated/integration/regression/UAT/performance/security testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and third-party teams.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, SaaS, mobile apps, data-heavy apps, workflow automation, or regulated environments.
• Experience with agentic workflow or AI-enabled orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code concepts from a design perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of software components and apps built by third-party firms.
• Provide technical direction and participate in design reviews, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness.
• Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, cross-team coordination, and critical path awareness.
• Design and selectively build full-stack solutions with React front ends and backend services/APIs.
• Define AWS target architecture, patterns, service selection, and secure integration approaches, then hand off to third-party cloud developers.
• Validate delivered AWS environments and configure cloud components within them.
• Design and support integrations across ERP, CRM, Snowflake, Postgres/RDS, and S3.
• Ensure applications, integrations, and data pipelines are robust, scalable, secure, observable, fault-tolerant, and self-healing.
• Help establish and deploy agentic workflows and workflow-based automation.
• Contribute to DevOps, test strategy, release management, and production support.
